Privacy policy

This policy explains what information ecartsoft.com collects and how it is used. The site is operated by EcartSoft (“we”).

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
• Contact forms. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional website and message you provide. We use them only to reply to you and keep them as long as the conversation is relevant.
• Fonts. Pages load the Archivo typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google’s servers. Google’s privacy policy applies to those requests.

Cookies

The public site does not set tracking cookies. Signed-in editors receive the standard WordPress session cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, this policy will be updated first.

Our stories link to external sites, including vendors, regulators and news outlets. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to us through the contact page.
